Kubermetrics — Cluster Visualization Made Simple
A new open source project for Kubernetes monitoring and visualization. I’m not sure why you’d prefer this over something like Prometheus and Grafana (which are dependencies, btw) but surely the developers had their reasons.
Avoid dropped logs due to out-of-order timestamps with a new Loki feature
Not gonna lie, I didn’t even realize this was a problem for Loki users… and I’m surprised it made it this far before being fixed. Regardless, nice to see it fixed in Loki v2.4.
Another good article on SLOs and why they’re important. This is one of those topics that I’m happy to keep revisiting because it really does matter.
